How It Works

Step 1 - Create Event:
An event organizer names the event, lists the date and time and provides general information about the event.
Step 2 - Customize Event:
An event organizer specifies additional details for their event.
Step 3 - List for Bidding:
Users select the start time/date of bidding and length of time to accept bids.

Once an event is posted, CaterBid's directory of caterers and venues evaluate the event's requirements and submit bid packages for the event organizer's review.
The event organizer is notified each time a bid is submitted for the event. You can also request additional details from bidders using CaterBid's messaging system.
Bidders know that they are competing for your business and can see other bids, but bidders do not have visibility to the other bidders, or to your personal information.
CaterBid takes the leg work out of finding a caterer for your important event!
You can let bidders compete until the auction's end time, or close an auction at any time once you find an ideal match.
